Preliminary Program

CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS:

If you wish to present a workshop, please send us:

the Call for Presentation Form: (Call for presentations.pdf)
a completed registration form
a cheque to cover your membership fees.

REGISTRATION FOR THE CONVENTION: ( Registration Forms - regular and retired members )

Convention costs include annual membership dues (regular member $50, retired member $25) and taxes.
Membership expires immediately before the 2008 Convention.
Retirees must provide proof of their status.
Postdated cheques are not accepted.
An official receipt will be included in the convention package.
All refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of the convention.
A $20 administration fee and membership dues are not refundable.

Elections:

Nomination forms for the Board of Directors are available in the Preliminary Program and individually.

Please send the nomination form and a personal résumé of approximately 300 words to support your nomination no later than October 12, 2007, to: The Secretary, Speaq , fax (514) 271-4587 or by e-mail .

The registration form will be provided online and in PDF format ( Registration Forms - regular and retired members ), in the SPEAQ OUT and as an online pre-registration form (Pre-registration Online -closed).

Student registration

If you are a university student and are interested in attending the upcoming convention, convention registration forms for full-time students are available in August. A registration form must be authorized a member of the teaching or administrative personnel of the university
