- Convention costs include annual
membership dues (regular member $20, retired
member $10) and taxes.
- Membership expires immediately
before the Convention.
- Retirees must provide proof of
their status.
- Postdated cheques are not
accepted.
- An official receipt will be
included in the convention package.
- All refunds must be requested in
writing within 14 days of the convention.
- A $20 administration fee and
membership dues are not refundable.

Student Travel Grants to participate
in the annual SPEAQ Convention:
Two (2)
travel grants
of $250 are awarded to enable Quebec TESL university
students to attend the SPEAQ Convention in November
each year.

Elections:
Positions on the SPEAQ board are for 2 years
terms. There are 7 members and in alternative
years, three or four executive seats are up for
renewal or from time to time, vacancies.

in September of each year. Deadline: October 15
